Flatt’s is a charming inn that accommodates only four groups per day, ensuring an intimate and personalized experience. From the rooms, guests can admire the distant beauty of the Noto Sea.
Meals
夜は能登の魚介や発酵食、保存食、自家製の調味料などを使ったイタリアン。朝は能登らしい朝ごはん自家製のこんかいわしや畑のお野菜が並びます。
お料理はその日の魚を見て決めるので、当日のお楽しみです。
Evening meals feature Italian cuisine crafted with the finest seafood from Noto, along with fermented and preserved foods enhanced by homemade seasonings. In the morning, guests are treated to a traditional Noto breakfast, showcasing homemade sardines and freshly picked vegetables from local fields. With dishes tailored to the catch of the day, every meal becomes an enjoyable surprise.
